  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  2. Bake for 8 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Let cool slightly.
  3. In a small bowl, mix ricotta with salt, pepper, and optional honey. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  4. Wash and chop strawberries into small pieces. Set aside.
  5. Spread ricotta mixture onto each toasted baguette slice.
  6. Spoon chopped strawberries on top and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  7. Top with fresh basil. Serve immediately.
