  • 5 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 10-12 ounces marshmallows preferably mini marshmallows for quick melting
  • 6 cups Lucky Charms cereal

Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, leaving the sides high and set aside.
  2. In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt butter, then add marshmallows and lower the heat.
  3. Stir constantly, to prevent sticking, until almost melted. Remove from heat and if desired, toss in a few extra mini marshmallows.
  4. Stir in Lucky Charms cereal, working quickly until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture pan and press carefully in an even layer.
  6. Allow them to cool in the fridge for about 15 minutes then cut the treats into as many individual pieces as desired.
