Instructions
  1. Combine water, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Add pineapple pieces to the saucepan.

  5. Remove from heat and let cool.
  6. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Let it dry for 24 hours at room temperature.
