  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1.5 tsp mint extract
  • 16 drops green food coloring (liquid)
  • 2 cups whipped topping (half a tub)
  • 1 9-inch chocolate pie crust

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat the room temperature cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy and smooth. Add in the powdered sugar, salt, mint extract, and green food coloring. Stir in the whipped topping and mix until well blended.
  2. Spoon filling into the pie crust and spread filling evenly. Sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies crumbs over top of pie.
  3. Chill the pie in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours and serve.
