- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray, then dust lightly with flour.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until well combined.
- Gently pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples and walnuts (if using).
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
